We hope you’re doing well this week! We’ve heard from other providers that they sometimes hesitate to refer patients to us because they don't know if our program is the right fit. So, we wanted to reach out to alleviate these concerns and explain our intake process.
Before starting treatment, all patients receive a free clinical assessment to determine how we can best support them. Patients are not required to commit to treatment at Charlie Health, and there is no cost to patients for this virtual clinical assessment.
If a patient needs a higher or lower level of care, our dedicated Referral Team will refer them to the appropriate treatment. If a patient is a good fit for our program, then they’ll move forward with our virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), which is designed to treat people with high acuity mental health conditions.
