Rank Advancement Points for the 2026 Hawaii Incentive Trip |
We’ve received questions about how rank advancement points are earned for the 2026 Hawaii Regional Incentive Trip. To ensure everyone is working with the right information, we are providing a brief clarification. - Rank advancement points are based on full Career Title requirements
Rank advancement points do not come from paid-as rank. They are awarded only when the full requirements for Career Title rank advancement are met.
- The Paid Rank Tracker shows transition (paid-as) requirements
The tracker in the Back Office displays partial requirements for Director and above.
To see full requirements, you must click into the detail view, where you can confirm:
- Two conditions must be met for trip points
A Brand Partner must: - Achieve the full Career Title rank, and
- Maintain that rank for three additional paid-as weeks
(Four weeks total during the qualification period.)
Points are awarded only after both steps are complete. Paid-as rank alone does not qualify for points. - Next Steps
