Michelle was great in helping resolve the issue I had. I was away by the time I went to deposit the cheque, it was dated more than 3 mos, the bank was not able to deposit it. Explaining the situation, Michelle, coordinated for the reissue of payment, and with the direct deposit option now, it got deposited into my account. Along the way, she updated me, and was very courteous in our interactions. Very helpful and willingness to help.

I was missing points and the customer service agent helped me to get it all straightened out.

Who doesn't like to shop and get money back?

ever since someone broke into mu account and changed passwords and took possible money, I have no real contact other than they could find nothing, even though the written were not mine ,etc. I have had difficulties trying to make new passwords, I keep getting that account is not mine now - whose is it!!!

I have enjoyed using Rakuten for many years now on many transactions and love the Big Fat Cheque when it comes. It's easy to use, easy to track and I have appreciated the prompt assistance and resolution with any issues.

Cash back was not properly credited. My concern was handled responsibly and was resolved.

It is easy to get rewards and they have a large variety of stores.

Fast reimbursement, ease of using the site and app.

I regularly shop online, making use of the Rakuten button on every purchase. I am unable to understand why, on occasion, the cashback is accepted and I receive the cashback, but most of the time it is seemingly cancelled and I do not receive the cashback. This has been a recurring issue, to the extent that I am nearly dissuaded from even continuing.

There is always lots of business on their website to chose to shop cash back from.

I rarely have issues on getting my cash back but when I do they are very efficient and fast at getting back to me. I really appreciate that.

I wish they would offer my cash back going to Amazon again.

Ease of use, decent amount of vendors

Been using Rakuten for over 5 years and have accumulated lots of cash back returned to me which is a huge help for a family of 5. From everyday purchases at Walmart to big purchases at Best buy or travel deals, it helps to have every cent saved. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience and I look forward to many more pleasant shopping experience and more money returned.
