The cashback comes in quick most of the time, and when it doesn't I can contact customer service and they'll add the cash back. I had to wait a few months for a particular cash back but I'm glad I got it eventually. I have never been denied from Rakuten for my cashback, yet. And it saves me a huge amount of money. I have gotten around a $1000 from cash back alone from Rakuten over the years. Rakuten actually saves you money unlike another company.
I wish I could give zero stars but it's not an option. Placed an order via Rakuten for a monitor from Dell at boxing day. I have yet to receive the cash back as of March 8th. I have contacted Rakuten 4 times, each time asking for patience. My last communication was after the (absurd) 45 business day time frame they specified, but I was still asked to "be patient". The item is now well outside the return window.
I've had other issues with cash back previously requiring reaching out to Rakuten (ebates previously) which were resolved much quicker, but they were much smaller amounts.

When Rakaten has a better promotion say have 12% cash back reward , Rakaten will) send notice to customers to know ahead. That is a good service,👍.
Originally, when Rakaten bought over eBates, I encountered a bit confused of servicing..., but it picked up so fast to offer good servicing. This is what I am so happy to see.

Just before Christmas I decided to get my gifts through Rakuten. I was gonna spend the monies anyhow!!! So when I got my big fat check!!! Happiness is. A big fat check!!! Love it. And it keeps my shopping carts so make it easier to sort through possible gifts! Love it!

The best part I like is that I get cash back when I shop. Customer representatives so far are awesome in my experience. It is remarkably easy if you have an inquiry I do not have to call and wait in line, I just email them and get answers within 24 hours or sometimes right away. I'm thrilled so far. I hope this company will keep it up.

It could take up to 4 months to get your cash back for large purchases. You will eventually get it if you keep emailing and fighting for it but it's a huge hassle.
