Easy and you save money . You can find most stores on the app and you save money. It is a win. I always check before I buy to see if store on Rakuten.

I have been using and enjoying Rakuten for several years. I have noticed lately however that cash back is not credited as quickly as it used to be. And since the app actually posts the timeframe for cash back to be posted per retailer, a great many of which state same day, I find it very disappointing and frustrating when this is never the case. I have found that days will go by and I still don’t receive the cash back credit for my purchases and then have to submit a where’s my cash back request. Why does the app state cash back will be credited same day if it doesn’t ever actually happen that way? In the past, I found cash back was almost always credited very quickly so it is disappointing to see that this is no longer the case and that the timeframes claimed aren’t actually followed. I hope this will be rectified going forward.

Since I signed up I've received my quarterly cash back cheques without fail. I've invited lots of friends and family to join and the rewards are fantastic.

One year I did all, and yes I mean all, my Christmas gift shopping through Rakuten. I shopped on Black Friday and not only did I get amazing deals, I also got back a HUGE cheque from Rakuten.

I love using Rakuten when I buy online. They have lots of stores, that you can get %'s back in cash. The only thing I DON'T like is some of the stores raise the prices on items when you enter their website using the Rakuten link. I usually look at an online store to see what I want to buy BEFORE I go to Rakuten and use their link for that store, so I see the price difference. Sometimes it's cheaper to NOT use Rakuten.

did not get my money for several purchases from walmart. sent an inquiry to tell you I did not receive the first one when it happened, but you really offered no assistance other than to say -- upgrade your brower. the next order got full points. the next order got points for only 1 item of the order and not the rest.

I LOVE Rakuten!! I never miss the opportunity to use it when shopping on line. It’s a user friendly app and I tell everyone to use it, I mean, why not get cash back for shopping!!

Doesn’t have type of offers they had a few years ago

I’ve been using ebates since it started. I always use it if there is a service that I’m ordering from online. I enjoy getting those big fat cheques.

Just received my cheque in the mail and I didn't do anything!!. Everyone needs to use Rakuten when online shopping.

Sometimes I have issues with getting credits. I takes forever!

It is usually good but there have been more than one occasion I bought items because of cash back and didn't get it. Your process to try to claim the cash back is too difficult as I couldn't do what was asked.

Rakuten is fabulous !!
There are some purchases that take longer to give you your cash back I.e Dell computers .
I had to wait months, it wasn’t a big deal but I was wondering if would not work .
